How full is your piggy bank?
When you think about your relationships, your health, your career, your happiness, where do you sit? If you take the analogy of a piggy bank. The goal of a piggy bank is to fill it up. If you apply this thinking to your relationships, your health, your career or whatever else springs to mind for you. Is it full? Maybe it's halfway or is it empty. By doing this exercise, it can tell you a lot about where we are. So, the question is “do you want to fill the piggy bank or leave it the way it is”? Sometimes, it can be easy to think of things you can do, other times it can be quite difficult. That is where coaching can help. Coaching gives you the time, space and support you need in order to figure out what will work for you. The first step is always the hardest, but it means your moving forward.
