The Occupational Interests Profile Plus (OIP+) is an assessment developed for career situations.  The OIP+ is partially based on the pioneering work of John Holland in the area of general career themes, though also includes personality characteristics, which assesses how well-suited individuals are to different environments.
Designed to provide a comprehensive and fully integrated assessment for career coaching. OIP+ looks at 8 career interest areas (admin, practical, computational) and 8 individual personal needs (variety, structure, people). This forms the basis of discussion within the career coaching session as we look to explore your likes, dislikes, strengths, values and career interests.
