About Me
Lorna is a Professional and Personal Development Coach specialising in the use of Psychometric Assessment.
Lorna's coaching encompasses Career Coaching, Student Coaching, Life Coaching, Developmental Coaching and Business and Executive Coaching.
Lorna has over 18 years of experience working in Human Resources across a range of different sectors including Retail, IT, Communications and Manufacturing.
Lorna holds an MSc (Masters) in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC and a Bachelor of Business Degree as well as certificates in CIPD and Neurolingusitic Programming (NLP).
Lorna is a registered member of The British Psychological Society and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology within the BPS. Lorna holds qualifications in Psychometrics in Assistant Test User: Occupational, Test User: Occupational Ability, Test User: Occupational Personality from the Psychological Testing Centre. Lorna is also a registered member of the Association for Coaching and an Associate member of the Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
