About Me

Lorna is a Professional and Personal Development Coach who holds a First Class MSc (Masters) in Personal and Management Coaching from University College Cork (UCC), along with a Bachelor of Business Degree and certifications in CIPD and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Lorna began coaching in 2018, specialising in the use of Psychometric Assessment to help individuals better understand themselves and reach their full potential. Her coaching practice focuses on personal and professional development, offering a supportive and empowering space for growth, self-awareness, and lasting change.

 

With extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients, Lorna helps people navigate career transitions, build confidence, and achieve meaningful personal and professional growth. Before becoming a coach, she spent over 18 years in Human Resources across sectors including Retail, IT, Communications, and Manufacturing, where she developed a deep appreciation for what drives people, performance and success.

Lorna is a registered member of The British Psychological Society and the Special Group in Coaching Psychology within the BPS. Lorna holds qualifications in Psychometrics in Assistant Test User: Occupational, Test User: Occupational Ability, Test User: Occupational Personality from the Psychological Testing Centre. Lorna is also a registered member of the Association for Coaching and an Associate member of the Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology with the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
